We provide a safe environment by screening all volunteers and staff interacting with clients.
We are governed by a board of directors and operate in accordance with our articles of incorporation, by-laws and stated purpose and mission.
We comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements regarding employment, fundraising, financial management, taxation, and public disclosure, including the filing of all applicable government reports in a timely manner.
All of our staff, board members, and volunteers receive appropriate training to uphold these standards.
Limitation of Services
Concepts of Truth International is staffed by individuals who have degrees in counseling and some who do not. The director, Millie Lace, is a master's level Licensed Professional Counselor and has a specialization in supervision in the state of Arkansas. All of our phone staff have received training in crisis and grief counseling, but some do not have academic degrees in counseling, nor are they licensed by the state. So, our phone counseling is not intended as a substitute for professional counseling, medical or prenatal care. Professional counseling is provided on a sliding scale based on income and need but there is no charge for our phone counseling. All information is completely confidential.
